Roughly one-third (32%) of adults in the United States reported symptoms of anxiety and/or depressive disorder in February 2022.

Our team of mental health professionals are dedicated to the idea that everyone should have access to quality mental health care. By offering both individual and group counseling, we passionately serve our clients and tailor counseling to meet individual needs. Our counselors have a variety of specialties, have all been trained in trauma-informed care, and seek to provide tools to each person served to assist with problem solving, making important decisions, and learning how to cope through hardships.

Our goal for every client is to see them empowered to overcome the barriers that impact their mental health and to engage in activities and relationships that make them feel healthy and whole.

*Qualifying individuals must be uninsured for the care they seek and whose income falls below 200% of the federal poverty level. Apply below to inquire about eligibility and sliding scale options.
